The foundation of my work is that we can look at something from different perspectives. It is therefore very valuable to me that the equimerio tools have been designed for this purpose. I have noticed that my master's students in tax law and tax economics are much better able, through the use of the equimerio tools, to understand the impact of tax restructurings on family members' working relationships within the business and therefore also on its governance dynamics. This makes their analysis of case studies considerably sharper.
